- Age and ID: Boat operators must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Boater Card: Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must present a valid Florida Boater’s Safety Card.
- Weight Limit: Maximum of 14 passengers and cannot exceed 2,100 lbs combined weight.
- Check-in Time: Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled rental time for check-in and safety orientation.
- Clothing: Bring comfortable clothing, swimsuits, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.
- Storage: Guests should bring waterproof containers for valuables.
- Weather: Weather conditions may affect departures. Safety is always the top priority.
- Experience Level: Beginner-friendly with staff orientation provided before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Release of Vessel after 2 Hours. Vessels that have not been claimed within 2 hours of the scheduled departure time are considered a "No Show" and will be released and put back into the fleet for rent. There will be no refunds.
